Item eligibilityWhat items can be submitted, and when is an item accepted?
Small, solid, lawful, non-hazardous items may be submitted for review. Submission does not equal acceptance. Do not ship an item until Spaceron records written acceptance and provides current shipping instructions. Eligibility can depend on material, dimensions, mass, ownership, lawful possession, provider restrictions, and mission-specific requirements.
Item eligibilityWhich items are prohibited or require additional review?
Hazardous, pressurized, flammable, explosive, radioactive, biological, perishable, illegal, restricted, counterfeit, stolen, or improperly owned items are not accepted. Batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, chemicals, medical materials, cultural property, and regulated goods may require additional documentation or may be refused. The written eligibility decision for the specific item controls.
Timing & mission changesHow long does a journey take, and is a launch date guaranteed?
No launch, recovery, or return date is guaranteed until the applicable provider and Spaceron records show a confirmed milestone. Review, manifesting, provider schedules, safety requirements, weather, technical conditions, recovery, customs, and return fulfillment can change timing. Your authenticated tracking record is the authoritative customer-facing status source.
Timing & mission changesWhat happens if a mission is delayed, changed, cancelled, or unsuccessful?
Spaceron records the confirmed operational change and evaluates the affected order under the current Terms, order disclosures, provider commitments, work already performed, and available recovery or rescheduling options. Outcomes can differ by stage. This summary does not create an automatic guarantee, refund, or replacement right beyond the governing documents for the order.
Shipping, loss & claimsHow do outbound shipping, intake, recovery, and return shipping work?
Use only the current instructions and label issued for the accepted item. Intake, custody, preparation, shipment, recovery, inspection, and return are recorded as separate milestones when available. Return timing begins only after recovery and required processing are complete. Address changes must be made through the protected account before the relevant fulfillment cutoff.
Shipping, loss & claimsWhat should I do if an item is lost, damaged, delayed, or returned incorrectly?
Open a tracked support case promptly, preserve the packaging and evidence, and include the journey or order ID. Spaceron will review custody, carrier, provider, recovery, and fulfillment records. Coverage, valuation, exclusions, claim deadlines, and available remedies are determined by the written terms and any policy expressly attached to the order; the Help Center does not itself promise insurance coverage.
Pricing, payment & refundsCan I cancel, and when is a refund available?
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the verified payment state, item-review stage, work already performed, non-refundable third-party commitments, shipment status, and the terms accepted for the order. Submit a case-specific request before assuming an order is cancelled. A request is not approved until the payment and refund ledgers record the result.
Item eligibilityWhat happens if my item is rejected after review?
The item will not be assigned to a mission. Spaceron records the reason and the available next step, which may include submitting a different item, correcting documentation, returning an item already received, or reviewing the order under the applicable cancellation and refund terms. No flight claim should be made for a rejected item.
Pricing, payment & refundsWhen is payment confirmed, and how are payment disputes handled?
Payment is confirmed only when the configured provider webhook and Spaceron payment ledger record a successful transaction. A browser success screen alone is not proof of payment. Refunds, failures, disputes, chargebacks, and partial refunds remain separate ledger states and can place fulfillment on hold while reconciliation is completed.
Getting startedWhat happens after I submit an item for review?
Spaceron first creates a review request, not a flight reservation. The item description, dimensions, weight, photos, ownership information, and handling concerns are reviewed. If the item is accepted, the protected account can present current package terms and the next required action. An order, payment confirmation, provider assignment, custody event, and mission milestone remain separate records.
Pricing, payment & refundsWhat does the package price include, and when can the total change?
The public package price is a starting price for the listed package components. Optional add-ons, unusual handling, shipping, taxes, provider requirements, approved item characteristics, or order-specific services may change the total. Selecting a package does not charge a payment method. Review the final order summary, accepted terms, and checkout disclosures before authorizing payment.
Shipping, loss & claimsIs every item insured, and how is coverage determined?
Do not assume that every item or every stage is insured. Any coverage, declared value, exclusions, deductibles, claim deadlines, evidence requirements, and maximum remedy must appear in the written terms or policy expressly attached to the specific order. General website language and the Help Center do not create insurance coverage.
Account & securityHow are my account, journey records, and security settings protected?
Use your own sign-in, keep recovery methods current, and enable available multi-factor authentication. Journey, gift, payment, message, document, and support records are accessed through protected account routes and role checks. Sign out on shared devices and report unexpected access promptly. Public verification exposes only the minimal fields explicitly approved for public lookup.
Shipping, loss & claimsHow do I change a shipping or return address?
Update the protected account record before the applicable fulfillment cutoff. A message, public contact form, or browser autofill change does not by itself update an order. After a label, shipment, customs record, or delivery instruction is created, rerouting may be unavailable, delayed, or subject to additional cost and verification.
Getting startedWhere can I track an order, journey, return, or support case?
Use the protected tracking route and enter the known order, journey, or support reference. After sign-in, Spaceron routes the reference to the appropriate authenticated record. Unsupported section parameters are not treated as valid tracking states.
Certificates & verificationWhen is a certificate or verification record available?
A certificate appears only after a real private artifact has been issued, signed, versioned, and linked to the relevant journey. Revoked, superseded, pending, missing, or checksum-invalid documents are not presented as current downloads. Public verification is available only for records explicitly enabled for minimal public lookup.
GiftsHow do recipient access, reveal timing, shipping, and gift credit work?
Gift creation, recipient access, payment, reveal, shipping authorization, fulfillment, delivery, and acknowledgment are separate recorded states. A recipient can change shipping details only when the owner grants that permission and fulfillment has not passed the cutoff. Gift credit remains inactive until verified payment and can be redeemed only through the protected workflow.
PrivacyHow can I access, correct, export, or request deletion of account data?
Use the authenticated Privacy Center to submit and track a privacy request. Some minimized payment, fraud-prevention, security, audit, or legal records may need to be retained even when customer-controlled content is removed or anonymized. The Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection explain the governing practices.
SupportHow do I contact Spaceron and receive a case reference?
Signed-in customers should create a tracked support case so messages, attachments, status changes, and replies remain associated with the account. Guests can use the public contact form. Response timing follows the published support schedule and current request volume; Spaceron does not claim continuous 24/7 human availability.

Try broader words or ask about the specific record.
Search terms such as “payment,” “delay,” “return,” or “certificate” may work better. A tracked support case is the correct route for an order-specific decision.
