Shipping, loss & claimsHow do outbound shipping, intake, recovery, and return shipping work?
Use only the current instructions and label issued for the accepted item. Intake, custody, preparation, shipment, recovery, inspection, and return are recorded as separate milestones when available. Return timing begins only after recovery and required processing are complete. Address changes must be made through the protected account before the relevant fulfillment cutoff.
Shipping, loss & claimsWhat should I do if an item is lost, damaged, delayed, or returned incorrectly?
Open a tracked support case promptly, preserve the packaging and evidence, and include the journey or order ID. Spaceron will review custody, carrier, provider, recovery, and fulfillment records. Coverage, valuation, exclusions, claim deadlines, and available remedies are determined by the written terms and any policy expressly attached to the order; the Help Center does not itself promise insurance coverage.
Shipping, loss & claimsIs every item insured, and how is coverage determined?
Do not assume that every item or every stage is insured. Any coverage, declared value, exclusions, deductibles, claim deadlines, evidence requirements, and maximum remedy must appear in the written terms or policy expressly attached to the specific order. General website language and the Help Center do not create insurance coverage.
Shipping, loss & claimsHow do I change a shipping or return address?
Update the protected account record before the applicable fulfillment cutoff. A message, public contact form, or browser autofill change does not by itself update an order. After a label, shipment, customs record, or delivery instruction is created, rerouting may be unavailable, delayed, or subject to additional cost and verification.

Try broader words or ask about the specific record.
Search terms such as “payment,” “delay,” “return,” or “certificate” may work better. A tracked support case is the correct route for an order-specific decision.
