Privacy policy
This Policy explains what personal information Spaceron may collect, where it comes from, why it is used, when it may be disclosed, how long it may be retained, and the choices available to you.
Reading this Policy does not create a consent record. When a form, account action, or transaction requires an acknowledgement, Spaceron records the applicable policy version with that action.

04 · When information may be disclosed
Spaceron may disclose relevant information to service providers that support hosting, security, authentication, email, payment, shipping, storage, customer support, professional advice, and other operational functions. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and remain subject to contractual or legal obligations.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law; to protect rights, safety, customers, or the service; in a business transaction with appropriate safeguards; or at your direction.
Raw card numbers and verification codes are entered on the configured hosted payment page. Spaceron stores transaction identifiers, amount, status, timestamps, and limited receipt metadata needed to administer the order.
Carriers and fulfillment providers may receive contact, address, parcel, tracking, and operational details needed to quote, purchase, transport, recover, or return an accepted item.
Configured authentication, security, and email providers may process account, device, delivery, and message-routing information needed to perform those services.
Spaceron operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by configured providers, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
05 · Sessions and online technology
Spaceron uses session cookies and comparable local browser mechanisms where needed for authentication, CSRF protection, security, navigation state, and requested functionality. Security services may also evaluate network and browser signals to prevent automated abuse.
Session identifiers, CSRF values, device or browser signals, rate-limit data, and audit events help keep accounts and forms secure.
Some interfaces may remember non-sensitive presentation or workflow preferences. Protected customer content should not be stored in browser storage unless a page clearly explains that behavior.
The current configuration does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
06 · Retention and security
Retention depends on the record, service need, account or order status, security requirement, financial or tax obligation, dispute, claim, legal hold, and customer-authorized archive. Spaceron applies deletion or de-identification when information is no longer reasonably necessary, unless continued retention is required or permitted.
Generally retained while an account, review, order, gift, request, or support matter remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.
Retained for applicable accounting, tax, refund, chargeback, claim, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal periods.
Retained for the configured security period and longer when connected to an incident, investigation, abuse pattern, or legal hold.
Retained while needed for the requested service or customer-authorized archive, subject to deletion requests and required exceptions.
07 · Choices and rights
You may be able to request access, a portable copy, correction, deletion, information about collection and disclosure, an appeal, or limits on certain sensitive-information uses. Spaceron will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Ask what information is associated with you and request a copy where applicable.
Ask Spaceron to correct inaccurate personal information, subject to verification and recordkeeping needs.
Ask Spaceron to delete eligible information, subject to legal, security, transaction, dispute, and other permitted exceptions.
Use the available controls if sale, sharing, or sensitive-information practices subject to a right are active.
Appeal an eligible privacy-request decision where applicable law provides that right.
An authorized agent, parent, or guardian may submit a request with proof of authority and any required identity verification.
08 · Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and an order account must be held by an adult. Do not submit a child’s information or item without appropriate parental or guardian authority.
09 · Policy changes
Spaceron will publish material changes with an updated effective date. When required, it will provide additional notice or request renewed acknowledgement before the change applies.
