Only an approved submitted journey may proceed to order preparation. You remain responsible for accurate item information, lawful ownership or authorization, and compliance with the current prohibited-item rules. Approval may include conditions, packaging instructions, or a later rejection if material facts change.

Spaceflight and related logistics can be delayed, reassigned, substituted, suspended, or cancelled. Launch, recovery, inspection, documentation, and return delivery depend on operational conditions and third parties. Estimated dates are not guarantees. Confirmed milestones should appear in the authenticated account.
Check Service StatusInsurance, valuation, loss, damage, and claims
Do not assume that every item or event is insured. Any applicable coverage, limits, exclusions, valuation method, evidence requirements, filing deadline, and claim process must be stated in the accepted order or governing policy. Sentimental value may exceed recoverable monetary value.

Refund eligibility can depend on work already completed, customized materials, outbound or return shipment, provider commitments, and the stage of the order. Payment does not create an unconditional cancellation or refund right.
