Legal agreement

Understand the agreement before a journey becomes an order.

These Terms govern Spaceron accounts, requests, accepted orders, payments, item handling, documentation, and support. A request, quote, draft schedule, or checkout link is not an accepted order or a promise of launch, recovery, or return.

01 · Agreement

Which documents control?

These Terms form an agreement between you and Spaceron when you create an account, submit a request, accept an order, or otherwise use the service in a way that requires agreement. Reading this page alone does not create an order, shipping authorization, launch commitment, insurance coverage, or guarantee.

Foundation

These Terms

Account, service, content, risk, dispute, and electronic-record rules.

Operational rules

Eligibility and Shipping policies

Item, packaging, carrier, inspection, return, cancellation, refund, loss, and damage procedures.

Transaction record

Accepted order and checkout disclosures

The selected package, additions, price, payment status, item-specific conditions, and expressly accepted commitments.

Privacy

Privacy Policy and notices

Collection, use, retention, disclosure, choices, and rights concerning personal information.

When documents differ

An expressly accepted order-specific term controls for that order only where it clearly states that it changes these general Terms. Mandatory consumer protections control where applicable. Marketing copy, draft estimates, and informal messages do not override the accepted record.

02 · Requests and items

How a request becomes an accepted order.

Spaceron separates exploration, eligibility, transaction authorization, operational planning, and completion so that an early screen never looks like a final promise.

  1. 01

    Account or request

You provide accurate contact, authority, item, and intended-use information. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.

  2. 02

    Eligibility review

Spaceron may request evidence, require a substitute, impose packaging conditions, or reject the item for legal, safety, technical, carrier, provider, or operational reasons.

  3. 03

    Server-generated order

The account identifies the package, additions, price, tax treatment, required acknowledgements, and any item-specific condition.

  4. 04

    Accepted order

An order becomes accepted only when Spaceron records acceptance and any required provider-confirmed payment. A checkout link alone is not acceptance.

  5. 05

    Operational plan

Provider, mission, schedule, shipment, recovery, and return details remain subject to verified availability and may change.

  6. 06

    Completion record

Completed milestones, certificates, custody records, and return events are recorded only when supporting evidence is committed to the system.

Eligibility and authority

You represent that you own the submitted item or have permission from its owner, that it is lawfully possessed, and that you are authorized to provide related personal information, photographs, messages, and instructions. Acting for another person, recipient, organization, or owner does not remove this responsibility.

Accurate item description

Composition, hidden components, dimensions, weight, value, condition, batteries, magnets, liquids, powders, biological material, and other relevant characteristics must be accurate. Material differences may cause refusal, quarantine, delay, return, additional review, or withdrawal of acceptance.

Accounts and security

Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Spaceron may restrict access to protect a customer, investigate abuse, comply with law, preserve evidence, or maintain system integrity. Never send a password or one-time code to support.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce malware, impersonate another person, evade eligibility or payment controls, scrape protected records, misuse certificates, or use the service for deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unlawful conduct.

03 · Money and fulfillment

Payment does not erase operational uncertainty.

The accepted order and provider-confirmed transaction record identify what was authorized. Payment does not guarantee a provider, manifest position, launch date, flight completion, recovery, return date, or result that the order does not expressly promise.

Prices and taxes

Use the server-generated summary

The accepted record identifies package price, optional additions, estimated tax treatment, discounts, credits, and payment status. A marketing page or stale screenshot is not the transaction record.

Cancellation and refunds

Review depends on the order stage

Refund eligibility may depend on completed work, customized materials, shipment, provider commitments, payment status, and applicable law. Spaceron provides a case-specific written determination after payment.

Approved refunds

Provider posting time is separate

When approved, a refund is submitted to the original payment method when available. Spaceron records submission; the provider and financial institution control later posting time.

Shipping and custody

Do not ship until written authorization is present in the protected record. Carrier transit is governed by the selected service and any documented coverage. Carrier delivery does not by itself establish Spaceron acceptance, eligibility, custody completion, or mission assignment.

Loss, damage, and declared value

Declared value is not automatically insurance or a reimbursement guarantee. Coverage exists only when documented in the accepted order, carrier terms, or a separate written policy. Preserve receipts, tracking, packaging, photographs, and case references.

Operational uncertainty

Capacity, safety, technical, regulatory, weather, customs, carrier, recovery, provider, and government conditions can change. Spaceron may postpone, reassign, substitute, modify, or cancel an operational plan when reasonably necessary.

Irreplaceable items

An emotional, collectible, or unique item may have value that cannot be restored through money. Do not submit an item unless you understand and accept the item-specific risk disclosed before authorization.

04 · Content and records

Your story remains yours. Public use requires a separate choice.

Operational processing permission is different from public promotion. The service does not take ownership of your story, photographs, messages, or honest review.

Ownership

You retain your rights

You retain ownership of photographs, stories, messages, and other original content you submit, subject to the rights of other people and any applicable law.

Service permission

Limited operational license

You grant Spaceron a non-exclusive permission to host, review, process, reproduce, and communicate submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, preserve records, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Publication

Separate affirmative sharing

Public stories, testimonials, promotional use, or identifiable publication require a separate affirmative choice and the applicable publication workflow. Withdrawing publication does not erase records Spaceron must lawfully retain.

Honest reviews

No restriction on truthful opinions

Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes an honest review of Spaceron’s products, services, or conduct. This does not protect unlawful threats, fraud, impersonation, disclosure of another person’s private information, or intellectual-property infringement.

Certificates and verification records

Certificates and verification records describe information committed to Spaceron’s system at issuance. Draft, planned, pending, estimated, or externally reported milestones are not represented as completed evidence. A record may be corrected, replaced, superseded, or revoked when inaccurate, compromised, or no longer valid.

Privacy and personal information

Personal-information practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection. A service permission concerning submitted content does not replace privacy rights, required notices, or separate marketing consent.

05 · Risk and disputes

Risk clauses remain limited by applicable law.

The sections below allocate certain risks, but they do not remove duties, liabilities, rights, or remedies that the law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.

Service availability and changes

Features and offerings may change

Spaceron may modify features, suspend service, restrict unsafe activity, or discontinue an offering. The public Service Status page reports deliberately published operational evidence; the authenticated account remains the source for an individual journey.

Open Service Status
Disclaimers

Express accepted commitments control

Except for express written commitments in an accepted order, website tools, estimates, and informational materials are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

Limitation of liability

Only to the extent permitted

Spaceron is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses, or losses caused solely by an independent carrier, provider, government action, force-majeure event, or customer misdescription, to the extent the law permits that allocation. Any monetary limitation must be read with the accepted order and applicable consumer law.

Indemnity

Limited to customer-caused third-party claims

You agree to reimburse Spaceron for reasonable third-party claims and costs arising from your unlawful conduct, lack of authority, material item misdescription, infringement of another person’s rights, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Spaceron.

Governing law and disputes

California law, with mandatory protections preserved.

Before filing a claim, contact Support and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond when practical. This informal step does not shorten a legal, carrier, payment, or regulatory deadline.

  • No private-arbitration requirement in this version.
  • No class-action waiver in this version.
  • No waiver of mandatory rights where you live.
  • No restriction on contacting a regulator, court, card issuer, or other lawful authority.

06 · Updates and contact

Policy changes are versioned, not silently substituted.

Material changes are published with a new effective date. Where required, Spaceron asks for acceptance of the updated version before a new journey, order, or other covered action. A later general version does not silently rewrite an already accepted order-specific commitment.

Electronic records

You agree to receive order records, policy disclosures, receipts, notices, and signatures through your account and email. You can retain copies by downloading, printing, or saving them. Contact Support when a required record is inaccessible.

Severability and non-waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce one provision once does not automatically waive it for another event.

Entire agreement for the accepted service

These Terms, incorporated policies, checkout disclosures, and the accepted order form the agreement for that service. Informal statements do not create commitments unless added to the accepted record by an authorized process.

Contract boundary. These Terms provide the general agreement. The current Privacy Policy, Notice at Collection, Item Eligibility rules, Shipping & Returns policy, checkout disclosures, and an accepted order may provide additional terms. Applicable law controls where it grants a right that cannot be waived.
