Safety before submission

Check the item before you start a journey

Every physical item requires a documented review. This page helps you identify obvious exclusions and prepare accurate information, but only the protected account review can issue an eligibility decision.

Quick orientation

Three outcomes to understand

Examples are guidance only. A final result is tied to the exact item and the evidence submitted through your account.

May be reviewable

Small jewelry, fabric, photographs, paper, sealed keepsakes, and simple manufactured objects may be considered after full disclosure.

Needs specialist review

Electronics, batteries, magnets, liquids, powders, unusual materials, high value, or special packaging require additional review and may still be refused.

Do not submit

Weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, living organisms, infectious material, radioactive material, and unlawfully possessed items are not accepted.

Private on-page orientation

Run a quick pre-check before entering the protected workflow

This tool runs only in your browser, submits nothing, and stores nothing. It is not an approval, quote, or reservation.

  • No recipient, account, payment, or ownership data is requested.
  • Measurements are optional and used only to improve the on-page guidance.
  • The secure account review remains the only authoritative decision.

Generally prohibited

Do not ship or submit these items

Do not conceal a material, component, ownership issue, or regulatory characteristic. When uncertain, stop and ask before shipping anything.

Weapons and energetic materials

Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, energetic materials, fuel, and weapon components.

Drugs and intoxicants

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription medication, tobacco, nicotine, alcohol, and intoxicants.

Hazardous and regulated material

Toxic, corrosive, flammable, radioactive, infectious, biological, and regulated chemical materials.

Living, food, and biological items

Living organisms, food, perishables, soil, seeds, plants, animal material, human remains, and bodily material.

Illegal or unauthorized property

Stolen property, counterfeit goods, confidential government material, unlawful exports, sanctions violations, or unauthorized intellectual property.

Unaccepted financial or irreplaceable items

Cash, negotiable instruments, and irreplaceable or unusually high-value originals without a separate written acceptance and risk arrangement.

Items that always require specialist review

Pressurized containers, aerosols, liquids, gels, powders, magnets, loose or damaged batteries, electronics, sharp items, and objects with unknown internal components must not be shipped unless Spaceron provides specific written authorization.

Prepare accurate evidence

What the protected review will ask for

Accurate measurements and complete disclosure reduce delays. The protected form saves a durable review record to your account.

01

Clear photographs

Show the full item, identifying marks, closures, compartments, battery areas, and any damage.

02

Numeric dimensions and weight

Provide length, width, height, units, and weight using the structured account fields—not unrestricted free text.

03

Materials and internal components

Describe metals, plastics, glass, adhesives, coatings, electronics, magnets, batteries, liquids, powders, or unknown fillings.

04

Ownership and lawful authority

Confirm that you own the item or have documented authority to submit it, and disclose restrictions or third-party rights.

05

Condition and declared value

Record current condition and a reasonable declared monetary value. Sentimental value may exceed recoverable monetary value.

Controlled review process

What happens after you submit

A submission creates a review record, not an approval. Spaceron may request clarification, conditions, substitution, or rejection.

  1. 01

    Structured screening

The account form validates numeric measurements, required declarations, screening answers, and secure photo references.

  2. 02

    Manual review when needed

Special materials, electronics, higher value, unusual construction, or uncertain information are escalated for additional review.

  3. 03

    Decision with conditions

The record may be approved, rejected, or approved only with packaging, documentation, substitution, or package requirements.

  4. 04

    Final inspection remains possible

Acceptance can be withdrawn if the physical item differs from the submitted record or cannot be handled safely.

Do not ship until authorized

Shipping instructions should come from the protected account record or an authenticated support case.

No website example guarantees acceptance

Provider, carrier, customs, packaging, legal, and mission constraints can change after initial review.

Inaccurate disclosure has consequences

Concealment may cause cancellation, account restriction, return at the customer’s expense, and referral when legally required.

Common questions

Before you begin

Does a public pre-check approve my item?

No. It gives general orientation only. A secure account submission and the resulting review record are required.

Can I ship an item before the review is complete?

No. Wait for explicit shipping authorization tied to the reviewed item and current instructions.

What if the item contains a battery or electronic component?

Disclose it fully. Electronics and batteries require specialist review and may be rejected or subject to packaging and documentation conditions.

What if I am unsure what the item contains?

Do not guess or ship it. Open a support case with photographs and all available manufacturer or material information.

Ready to document the exact item?

Continue to the protected review when your details are complete

Signing in preserves the review context. It does not approve the item, create an order, reserve a mission, or charge a payment method.
