Package selection does not approve an item. A submitted journey and an approved eligibility review are required before an order can be prepared. Spaceron may reject or require changes to an item that cannot be accepted safely, lawfully, or operationally.

Do not submit hazardous, illegal, regulated, perishable, pressurized, flammable, explosive, biological, radioactive, weapon-related, or otherwise restricted material. The current prohibited-item and lawful-possession rules govern every submission.

A package purchase does not guarantee a launch provider, manifest position, launch date, flight completion, recovery, or return date. Delays, substitutions, mission changes, recovery limitations, and provider decisions remain possible and are handled under the governing terms and order status.

No insurance coverage is represented unless a specific current policy, coverage limit, exclusions, and claims process are identified in the customer’s order documents. Package price alone does not establish insured value or guaranteed reimbursement.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order stage, committed third-party costs, payment status, item-review outcome, provider activity, shipment status, and governing policy. A package selection does not create an automatic refund right.

Shipping charges, required packaging, address verification, customs or carrier restrictions, and return timing are confirmed during the order and fulfillment workflow. Public estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customer-declared value is used for review and administration and is not automatically an insured value, appraisal, or replacement guarantee. Do not submit an irreplaceable item unless you accept the disclosed mission, custody, loss, damage, and recovery risks.
