What the public page does not reveal
Spaceron returns a neutral success message and does not disclose whether an address is new, already active, pending, or previously unsubscribed.
How to stop optional updates
Use the protected unsubscribe link in a newsletter message. The request is idempotent and does not affect required account or transaction notices.
When to contact support
Contact the Concierge team if a confirmation message does not arrive after checking filtered folders, or if you suspect an address was used without permission.
