Support center

Start with the path that protects your record.

Use authenticated support for an existing journey, order, payment, shipment, certificate, or private message. Use the public tracked form only when you cannot sign in or no protected record exists.

  • Tracked case references
  • Protected account replies
  • No card numbers or passwords requested

Triage

What needs attention?

Each path preserves the appropriate privacy, ownership, evidence, and communication controls. Choosing a category does not change an order or create an operational commitment.

Tracked workflow

How a support case works

A case receipt confirms that the request was recorded. It does not by itself confirm email delivery, staff review, approval, a refund, a shipment change, or resolution.

  1. 01

    Submit the minimum useful information

Identify the affected page or protected reference, explain what happened, and state the result you need.

  2. 02

    Keep the case reference

The reference is the durable link between the original request, later replies, evidence, assignments, and closure history.

  3. 03

    Complete ownership checks when required

Order, payment, shipment, certificate, privacy, and account details may require sign-in or separate identity and authority verification.

  4. 04

    Continue through the protected thread

Signed-in customers can review replies, acknowledge messages, and add approved attachments without creating disconnected duplicate cases.

Prepare the request

Send useful evidence—not unnecessary sensitive data.

Public support is designed for initial routing. Protected evidence and attachments belong in the authenticated case workflow after the record exists.

Include

  • Journey, order, case, or certificate reference
  • Page or workflow step
  • Expected result and actual result
  • Approximate date and time
  • Carrier receipt or non-sensitive evidence description

Do not include

  • Passwords or one-time codes
  • Full card or bank-account numbers
  • Government identifiers
  • Medical information
  • Unrelated private messages or third-party data

Urgent situations

Support is documented help—not an emergency service.

Some situations require action outside Spaceron while a case is also being created.

Immediate safety risk

Contact the appropriate emergency authority.

Do not wait for a website support response when a person or property faces immediate danger.

Unauthorized payment

Contact the payment institution promptly.

Then create a Spaceron payment case using only the transaction reference and non-sensitive details.Open payment support

Carrier loss or damage

Preserve evidence and carrier deadlines.

A Spaceron case does not pause a carrier claim, customs, delivery, or legal deadline.Review shipping guidance

Account security

Secure the account before sending details.

Change credentials through the official sign-in flow and never send passwords or one-time codes to support.Sign in securely

Already contacted Spaceron?

Continue the same record instead of starting over.

Use the authenticated account when available. A public tracking lookup routes a reference through sign-in and ownership checks before protected information is shown.

Published channels

Need the public contact route?

Use the tracked form for a durable case reference. Direct email and telephone availability follow the published schedule and do not replace the protected case record.
