A premium keepsake needs more than a tracking number. The architecture links artifact ID, capsule serial, seal, sender, receiver, time, condition and purpose through append-only events.
Carrier tracking is not the same as custody.
Transit evidence shows movement through a carrier. Custody begins only when physical receipt is confirmed and the controlled intake process records condition and identity.
