Company evidence, provider evidence and government records are not the same thing

Every evidence item needs an issuer.

The company can attest to its own intake, serial, seal and custody records. A provider can attest to provider records. A government authority can issue its own documents. One cannot be silently presented as another.

Verification should expose less than the private vault.

Public verification should display only approved minimal facts while private stories, addresses and restricted records remain protected.
