Item Eligibility & Prohibited Items

Effective August 3, 2026. Every item requires review. No website example guarantees acceptance.

Customer responsibilities

Provide an accurate description, clear photographs, dimensions, weight, materials, condition, ownership authority, declared value, and any known battery, liquid, biological, chemical, magnetic, pressure, sharp-edge, or regulatory characteristic. Do not ship until authorized.

Generally prohibited

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, energetic materials, or weapon components.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription medication, tobacco, nicotine, alcohol, or intoxicants.
• Hazardous, toxic, corrosive, flammable, radioactive, infectious, biological, or regulated chemical materials.
• Pressurized containers, loose batteries, damaged batteries, fuel, aerosols, liquids, gels, powders, magnets, or electronics unless specifically reviewed and approved.
• Living organisms, food, perishables, soil, seeds, plants, animal material, human remains, or bodily material.
• Cash, negotiable instruments, stolen property, counterfeit goods, confidential government material, or items prohibited by export, customs, sanctions, intellectual-property, privacy, or other law.
• Irreplaceable originals or unusually high-value items unless a separate written acceptance and risk arrangement is completed.

Conditionally reviewable

Jewelry, fabric, photographs, paper, small manufactured objects, electronics, sealed keepsakes, and symbolic items may be reviewable depending on material, size, weight, packaging, provider, carrier, customs, and mission constraints. Spaceron may require testing, documentation, substitution, or a different package.

Inspection and rejection

Spaceron may inspect, photograph, isolate, refuse, or return an item. Acceptance may be withdrawn if the item differs from the submission, cannot be safely packaged, violates provider or carrier rules, or creates a legal or operational concern. Costs caused by inaccurate disclosure may be charged where permitted and disclosed.

No concealment

Concealing a material, component, hazard, ownership issue, or regulatory characteristic may result in immediate cancellation, account restriction, return at the customer’s expense, and referral to authorities when required.
