Checkout Disclosures

Effective August 3, 2026. Review these points with the server-generated order summary before continuing to hosted payment.

Order status

Checkout is available only after item eligibility approval. Payment confirms the monetary transaction; it does not guarantee a specific mission, date, provider, launch, recovery, or return date unless the accepted order expressly states otherwise.

Price and authorization

The order summary controls the package, options, subtotal, taxes, and total. By continuing, you authorize the displayed charge through the hosted payment provider. Spaceron does not receive raw card numbers or CVV.

Operational risk and schedule

Spaceflight and related logistics can be delayed, reassigned, substituted, or cancelled. Estimated dates are not guarantees. Spaceron will maintain confirmed milestones in the account.

Cancellation and refund

Refund eligibility depends on completed work, customized materials, shipment, and third-party commitments. Review Shipping & Returns and the accepted order record.

Electronic records

You agree to receive the order record, receipt, policy versions, status notices, and related disclosures electronically. You need an email account, a current web browser, internet access, and software capable of displaying or saving HTML and PDF records. You may save or print copies. You may withdraw consent for future electronic records through Concierge, but withdrawal may prevent completion of an online order or require another available method. Paper copies may be requested; any fee must be disclosed before it is charged.

Required acknowledgements

Before hosted payment, the account requires acknowledgement of the current Terms, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns, eligibility rules, and these disclosures. The system records the exact versions and hashes accepted.
